Hello Fellow Coupers! I have a low (~3") and variable suction to my DG and AI Gyros. I have a single 10"+ venturi running these. The DG will typically spool up, but the AI shows me to be inverted and rolling. I am not "usually" inverted and rolling when I receive this indication. Normally, I would just send an E-mail to a certain Ercoupe Guru in Florida (Hi Lynn!) but I don't want to continually abuse our friendship :). A few questions, please. Can this single large Venturi run both Gyros? They are connected via a "Y" to the Venturi, is a "T" fitting better? Do I probably have a vacuum leak? Is some surface corrosion on the Venturi internals an issue? Would installation of a filter help this? Any help would be much appreciated!
