Aircraft Spruce lists the seal, P/N 539840 for just over a dollar. But obviously you need special tools to work the cylinder hold down nuts, and it will take some time to do the job.
Doesn't the Real Gasket Company make improved push-rod seals,
just as they improve on the valve cover gasket? I had thought that
was the case. A lot of people seem to think they're better.
