Scott: I also have a Alon A2 ande have completly rebuilt it including the glass. I replaced allthe guides and rollers and ended up wityh the same gap at the bottom front which can be closed up by engaging the interior canopy locks at the rear of the canopy. By the way I don,t believe there is a seal at the back of the canopy origionally. There is a 1/2gap which aloows air to escape most likely to allow the heater to work properly. No draft no heat. At least thats my guess. and it is very confortable at loe temp. I hope this helps. Now all I have to do is figureout how to get the engine started in cold weather with no electric in the hangar, Bob Bullock N5621F Maryland ========================================================================== ==== To leave this forum go to: http://ercoupers.com/lists.htm Search the archives on http://escribe.com/aviation/coupers-tech/
