Hi norman, At a high angle of attack such as climb out you are loading
your
prop thus your RPM will be less than at cruise as I recall it's somewhere
between 2150 -2175  correct me if I'm off a bit this is a C85 w a 48 climb
prop. elev and temp play a part in there too.As far as your  transmissions
go look at your Antenna ground- clean it .Usually something simple is the
answer.As with anything you read here usually a pro will help you out to
get to the nitty gritty.These are just educated -been ther done that
