Well...Three questions.
 
(1) Have recently changed the jet and venturi to convert 75 to         85.  
    (p7881 #445 and p16176 - 1 3/8 were the part numbers from     Precision Engines who supposedly have the rights to                     Stromberg)    Prop now 71."  No increase in RPM.  ???
      
(2)  Will not idle below 900-1000 RPM.  How many turns should there be in the mixture knob to get a smooth engine before I begin the adjust the idle?
 
(3)  Must this adjustment be made while the engine is running?
      Seems suicidal!
