Sorry to disagree, since I'm a new Couper.  However, I have had half a dozen dealings with UNIVAIR in the past month, and have found their personnel to be attentive and helpful. They do not hesitate to go "out on the floor" to see exactly what they have in stock, nor do they hassle about any returns. They also return telephone calls promptly.  I hope this indicates an improvement in "not so good" situations reported by fellow-Members. DON BOWEN
