I don't know what shape you need but on the Swift I once owned I also needed a lens. I took a piece of aluminum and bent it to fit the spot where the lens goes got me a piece of Plexiglass set it over the aluminum and put it in the oven as the Plexiglass got hot it formed to the shape of the metal

Has anyone made a mold with which to conform a plastic lens to fit into the wing of an A2A over the landing light? I was thinking plaster-of-paris  might be an acceptable medium, but it couldn't be that easy, could it?
