I grant that it might be more convenient, Jeff.
But is it leeking?  I took mine off to check it
out, and it leeked ever since.

Subject: [COUPERS-TECH] Oil Filler Neck

----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]----

The filler neck for my oil tank is on the right side of my ercoupe. It is very difficult to work around the exhaust manifold and the fresh air intake to check and fill the tank. My friend Chips coupe has the filler neck on the left side of his engine. What is the correct position and can it be turned 180 degrees? It would be so much nicer to have it on the left.

Thanks in advance.

Jeff
