I don't think you'll get an answer to this question as there is none - - - really.  Good and tight is the norm, but if you feel the need to torque the bolts, follow the torque guide for the size of the bolt in AC43.

I know I read a post stating what the Torque value was on the big wing attaching bolts on my 415C but it mentally escapes me. Help?
