Had a C85, from overhaul on, always burned a
consistant one qt. every 5 hrs. Never got better, never got worse.
Was a good strong engine. My most recent C85, after breakin, was one
qt. every 10 - 12 hrs. I think consumption consistancy indicates a healthy
engine more than consumption alone (within reason).
