Richard, I haven't received the SB yet, but, unless this is a MANDITORY
Service Bulletin or an Airworthiness Directive (AD), we don't have to
worry about dates. They are just suggestions. Is this one manditory?

Hi Guys,
I just received Service Bulletin NO. 32 for an ultrasonic examination
of all the upper and lower spar cap 5/32-, ¼-, and 5/16-inch rivets in
the main spar center section. I don’t think this is something my AP
can do. Does anybody have an idea what the cost might be? I assume it
is 12 months from the Oct. 18, 2005 date or the next annual. Which
means I am already in violation because my annual was done last month.
I might not be alone, because if the date on the SB stands then
everybody who has had an annual in the last three months is in violation.
