John, this same thing happened with my 0200. I ended up overhauling the engine since the last time was 20 + years ago. We found that the plate which holds the oil pump gears was not fitting tightly enough to the accessory case and was allowing air to get into the pump. I was told the original accessory cases were made of magnesium or manganese, can't remember which element and they corrode over time. I replaced the case with an aluminum one for around $700. So, this could be an option for you to look at.
