I have a fuel pump shutoff light on my o-200 which is staying on all the time.  I can hear the pump running and hear fuel flowing into the center tank.  Any ideas or suggestions on what might be causing my problem would be appreciated.

Ken:

there is a pressure sensor mounted on the outlet of the pump.  It should be on the pump side of the restrictor fitting so the pump develops enough pressure to turn the light off.  The sensor is adjustable.  There is an adjustment screw under the rubber plug between the wire connections.  If you cannot get the proper behavior by adjusting it and you have confirmed that pump is developing pressure, then the sensor likely should be replaced.  Technically, Skyport is the only authorized source for the part, assuming the O200 was installed under our STC...
