Hello all.
I have heard a few stories about front crank seals being stubborn to remove
on the flange type crank of the C-85. Last week I pulled mine and
found it to be badly age hardened and was really stuck where seal seats in
crankcase. For a while I thought PO might have epoxied it in
place. Anyway, will be installing new seal shortly. Wanted to
see what group recommends so I can install new seal so it won't leak or fail but
will be able to remove it when time come in future.
