I don't know if you are aware that AC43.13-2A Chapter 9 is devoted to
shoulder harness installations. Mine is a little dated (change 3) but
it
should still be there. Feds can't hardly bulk at using their
recommendations
for approval. There are "hard" points aft of the seats
that I believe
could be used, however I haven't studied the possibilities.
