Strombergs are simple carbs, Instruction booklets available many places.
MS carbs are much more complicated.
You may well have a float in your carb that is leaking fuel into it [if a
metal one,] or if one of the plastic floats then I have seen them absorb
fuel and sink lower in the bowl . I suggest strongly that you have a good
carb" outfit take it apart and redo it and do any upgrades required at the
same time. A sinking float would make it run very rich and could well shut
down engine. Many of these floats have never seen any attention in years.
People seem to be afraid to even think of them. They are no big mystery
actually, but sure have to function properly.
