Hey, my airspeed indicator also failed at Terrell.  I noticed it when we took off for the spot landing contest.  I also checked the pitot tube and looked under the panel for a loose tube to the airspeed indicator, but found no problems.  I flew all the way home to Wisconsin with it not functioning.  My mechanic and I will look at it tomorrow.  What gives here?

Guys - when I took off from Terrell I quickly noticed that my airspeed indicatior was not working.  It did not move from 0 mph.

When I landed at ADS (Addison - in the Dallas area) I checked the pitot tube cover and it was moving as designed.  There is no visible clogging of the inlet.  There appears to be a sort of screen in the inlet end of the pitot tube.

Any good ideas on where to start looking to fix this problem?
