Eliacim,
I (like most everyone else) have assumed your low power is related
to the recent engine work.  I am beginning to think the problem is
coincidental and that it is temperature related, which could cause
the problem to not be consistent.  Perhaps a valve is sticking or
not closing completely as engine temps approach operating
temps.  It is possible to stuff the cylinders with rope,  remove the
valve springs and check the valves for stem to guide interference.
Also, check the valve spring tension while they are off.
