2 days ago I repeatedly bled My Hayes brakes and went thru several rounds of pumping untill all the air was out of the system.. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to generate enough pressure to stop the plane from rolling. There are no leaks in the sysytem. The master's seals were rebuilt three landings ago. I can only assume that the mechanic failed to check for wear on the inside of the master and/or failed to pressure test it. The expansion tubes are not leaking and the brake pads seem to be good. Luckily I found someone who has a master cylinder for Goodyears after serial number 817. My plane has serial number 755. I just want to make sure that this is compatible before sending for and rebuilding the master.
