----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]----Lynn -- the flush-head rivet holes in the aileron skins should be dimpled, not counter sunk. We used a large C-frame for both dimpling and driving the rivets when we did mine.

I find the hardest part is putting in all the counter-sunk rivets for the stiffeners. A friend has the correct roller for the edges, which I borrow, and the edge rivets are no problem, using a rivet squeezer. But getting all the stiffener holes drilled and counter sunk takes quite a while ( guess I am just real slow). If one had a squeezer which would reach 8 inches, then it would be a lot simpler. I have used a large drill press to counter sink the holes, but still have to put in all the rivets by hand.Lynn Nelsen============================================================================== To leave this forum go to: http://ercoupers.com/lists.htm
