Maximum angle of climb is when Theta is maximized.

 È = arcsine(VS/TAS)
and
Forward speed = cos( È ) /TAS.
 
I hope you guys aren't trying to figure this on your calculator while your flying.
Otherwise you might not see the trees at the end of the runway.
