You might check with AUA. They don't have any problem with me operating as
a sport pilot (expired medical). Had my 415C with them and an Aeronca Chief

insurance company will not cover sport pilots or Ercoupes as LSA. Is there
anyone out there who is a sport pilot with an Ercoupe and insurance?
