You might check with AUA. They don't have any problem with me operating as a sport pilot (expired medical). Had my 415C with them and an Aeronca Chief now. roger

Subject: Sport Pilot Insurance

I am a student sport pilot and I own a 415C. I found out today that my insurance company will not cover sport pilots or Ercoupes as LSA. Is there anyone out there who is a sport pilot with an Ercoupe and insurance? What's a good company to go with?

Thanks,
Randy
