I have a 46 "D" (C85) with a nose strut shaped like an upside down ? ... The nose wheel has a slight wobble that I'm told probably cannot be taken out. Further, my A&P tells me the bearings need replaced. I also understand there is a "fork" type strut that offers more stability. Is this true and is the strut easily switched?
