Skyport sells both the Service and Parts Manuals for a modest $15 each
- I think. Sounds like you need them.
Also, if you need parts contact Vern Gregory. I'm sure he has
everything you need. Vern is near Columbia SC. If you are near, pay
him a visit and you can see what you need first hand.
If you need new stuff, Skyport is the place.

Folks,
I am in the process of trying to get
my 415-C in the air and am having a lot of problems. Without even
going to the engine and gear issues, I have a have a lot of issues with
missing nuts and bolts? I tried attaching several photos and asking
for help in finding out what to do next, but got a message saying the
messages were too large? Is there a limit on what can be sent in this
group?
Despite that, here are the
questions, without pictures? Some of the missing screws/bolts are the
ones that hold the footrest/brake housing. The system consists of a
piece of plywood with two brackets to attach it to the floor and a
metal plate that surrounds the yoke? The plate and brackets have no
hardware? What type of fastener do I use for these holes? Next, it
appears that the seat pan should be screwed to the spar and
stiffeners? Is the pan screwed in? What size screw? I also have a
fuel gauge located in the left wing, does that gauge show the level of
fuel in all tanks? If it does, mine must be bad, because it shows
"full" and my right tank is almost empty? And finally, the brake pedal
was held on with what seemed to be non-standard hardware and we removed
it to replace them? What size and type fasteners hold this on
and which way does the pedal hang, with hole at top or bottom? Whooo!
That's all for now, I hope?
