Chuck,
Great idea! A couple of suggestions. 1. Send a notice to Carolyn Carden to be included in Coupe Capers. Carden, Carolyn ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) 2. Think about creating a simple regional newsletter. I've seen from the rise and fall of a bunch of state and regional groups, there is nothing that bonds a group more than even a simple newsletter. Eighty percent of doing the newsletter is begging others to send you stuff. We had a vibrant Iowa group for a few years with me doing a monthly newsletter, getting people to take turns hosting a flyin (just as you are doing) and people bonding. Then, I moved out of state, there was no one to take over the newsletter and they completely lost local group activity. It's always felt strange that the northeast of the country has been kind of a dark hole in terms of activity. You might also check Coupe Capers to find the regional director for the Northeastern states and get involved with him/her. Good luck.
