Yes Linda: it is certainly doable. When getting the wings ready for cover,  
you need to determine which 5 holes are to be used for the fastening of the  
fabric to the wing rib(s). If you carefully mark these, then you will not have  
to use the other rivet holes in the ribs to fasten the covering. If you do 
not,  you will end up with about twice as many screws holding the fabric to the 
rib as  is needed. Plan on a couple thousand dollars for the covering 
materials, plus  the labor to put it all together.
