Service Bulletin 23 speaks of an rudder enforcement for rudders of planes below
serial number 33335.
Later Ercoupes, were equipped with a redesigned rudder at the rudder control
horn attachment.
So the bulletin.
Now my question. Is it possible to visually differentiate between both style
rudders? If so how?
