I am assisting (or maybe getting in the way depending on your perspective) my A&P/IA install rudder pedals in my 415-C. I have the essential parts from a purchase on eBay and the needed drawing from Univair. However as I read the drawings, I notice differences in what is already present in my Ercoupe and what is ultimately needed for the installation. I have no guard extending from the control column to the edge of the seat. It is obviously only needed if you have rudder control cables to protect. There are also brackets and plates used to fasten the pulley wheels to the frame which change the direction of the cables under the seat. Univair does not list the part numbers. Obviously parts like this could be fabricated, but if I could locate the parts from salvage or find a source for new parts this would save me time and possibly money. Does anyone have any suggestions?
