In all seriousness, > was the a/s gauge overhauled? Wayne, I've got to agree with Al. That is excessively slow for an Alon unless you cruise at low rpm or have an unusual climb prop. That would be an expected indicated airspeed up at 5,000' and up, figuring that you'd be flying faster than indicated due to altitude. The improved canopy shape on the Alon does let them go faster than all the previous Coupe flavors. Ed
