Thank you, John. You pinpointed my problem. I did not consider that 
the baggage limit between 40 lbs and 65 lbs results in different 
empty wt CG ranges. The empty wt CG of my aircraft does not allow 65 
lbs of baggage because it is greater than the +25.8 limit. However, 
it is less than the 40 lbs limit of +26.6. When I use these numbers 
things look good.

I have updated the spreadsheet with empty wt CG ranges and a empty 
wt CG calculation of the actual aircraft empty CG. I have also found 
an error in one of the ARM numbers. In addition, I have added the 
right numbers from A-718 and A-787 for models C, CD and D. The file 
is uploaded to the file section of this forum.
