If I want to use that for a "D" are the empty weight and the gross weight the
only numbers I have to change?

Thank you, John. You pinpointed my problem. I did not consider that
the baggage limit between 40 lbs and 65 lbs results in different
empty wt CG ranges. The empty wt CG of my aircraft does not allow 65
lbs of baggage because it is greater than the +25.8 limit. However,
it is less than the 40 lbs limit of +26.6. When I use these numbers
  things look good.

I have updated the spreadsheet with empty wt CG ranges and a empty
wt CG calculation of the actual aircraft empty CG. I have also found
an error in one of the ARM numbers. In addition, I have added the
right numbers from A-718 and A-787 for models C, CD and D. The file
is uploaded to the file section of this forum.

Thanks for the information. As always, I continue to learn more.
