What is the recomended oil for a fresh engine for break in.
Ask the person who is warranting the engine. That is the only opinion that really matters. That said, any non-synthetic AD oil will work fine. Mineral oil does not have any properties that promote break-in better than AD oils do. They just don't have the Ashless Dispersants.
