I wonder if it has become too expensive to ship because of rules put in place because of "9-11"? I saw TCP in a catalog but it was listed as being explosive. As a result there were additional shipping charges. If my memory serves well (it usually doesn't), the shipping costs were higher than the TCP.
Maybe they stopped making it because it is too expensive to handle and ship.
