The following is from the Alcor website
(http://www.alcorinc.com/fuel-treatment/product-07-07.php):

"73122 TCP - 1 Quart

ELIMINATE SPARK PLUG LEAD FOULING!

Since the introduction of 100LL as the main fuel for low-compression
engines, Alcor has been a leader in providing pilots a fuel
treatment that eliminates lead before it can cause fouling. A simple
one-shot treatment with every fill-up prevents lead build-up on
spark plugs and valves. Rely on the one-and-only Alcor TCP Fuel
Treatment for a cleaner and smoother-running engine!

Note: TCP is not to be carried aboard aircraft"

At least the company that manufactures the product says that you
should not carry it onboard. I am not sure what HAZMAT rules and
regulations you might also run afoul when transporting in your
Ercoupe. But I won't tell anyone if you don't tell anyone... oops...
too late for that!

My caution is to be careful. There are other fuel treatment products
available that contain the active ingredient TCP that do not have
such a restriction or warning. If you need to use the namebrand
product from Alcor, be advised that the government has placed it
under HAZMAT regulations.
