I have only bought one qt, of TCP, but as I recall, it has one of those aluminum jug seals that would just about take gunfire to breach. I really doubt that such a seal, with the cap adding pressure along its sealing edges, would let go. This, however, is basically a junk observation, and I can imagine that the vapor pressure of that stuff could become considerable if left in the closed cabin of an Ercoupe.
Any volunteers willing to stash these purchases under reasonable shade cover for the time?
