If you have a hand brake rather than a foot brake the cherokee master cylinder conversion is the way to go. It is designed for clevelands. Lynn has a 337 for this conversion, I believe. Bill

The Cleveland's work on high pressure and low volume. Ercoupes are not the only airplanes with this problem and I never understood why the master cylinder change was not part of the the STC. Sometimes the old master cylinders will work OK but you do need to push hard on them to get the pressure so you really need a good cylinder with good O-rings. That is really all that is in them, a couple standard O-rings. I don't know the size off the top of my head. We in Ercoupe land are lucky because we have Skyport who did us the favor of getting an STC for a new master cylinder that works great. Hey, John, have you given any more thought to adding the Bellanca Crusair and Cruismamster to that STC? If so I need two.Kevin1--- In [email protected], "Percy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:>> Howdy, Tech Advisors.> I'm still working on that l-o-o-o-n-g annual.
