Sure, it's called TCP and has been around a long time.  See

I've used TCP for a number of years in my C-90 and it does make
a noticeable improvement in both operation and in less deposits
noted when cleaning the plugs.

Thanks for the alcohol test info. Next question. If non ethanol auto 
fuel vanishes and we make the decison to go with 100LL only, is there 
an additive that we can add to make 100LL compatable with a C85 on a 
long term basis?
