Ed,

Your argument is very logical. I would add that we should be looking 
at the CAR 4a to get the answers and not FAR part 23. The Ercoupe is 
not currently and never was certified under the FAR. The FAA 
identifies the CAR 4a as the regulation basis. I think that until we 
start referencing the right regulations, we are going to continue to 
be confused. Does that make sense, or did am I missing the bigger 
picture.
