First, the toaster oven. You must decide whether this will be used intermittently or continuously. If the answer is continuously, you will have to upgrade your electrical system so that the total maximum continuous load does not exceed 80% of the generator capacity. A 120 amp alternator should be sufficient.
The microwave installation would have to be certified with the avionics package before it can be approved. In addition, the electrical system capacity must be as stated above. >>1. an advanced non-TSO engine monitoring system (EMS)?<< Unlikely, IMHO, because these are required instruments. You may have a prayer if you retain the original instruments, but I doubt it would be worth the effort. 2. an advanced non-TSO electronic flight instrument system (EFIS) in addition to the required seven instruments to supplement steam gauge style previous equipment on a VFR-only aircraft? Again, unlikely, IMHO, for the reason previously stated. You are adding unproven equipment in an unapproved installation which if it fails could compromise safety of flight. Both of the above would be permanent installations, connected to the electrical system. (A Gizmo installation is probably deemed permanent because when you remove the device the mount is still in place. Likewise the tray and wiring harness for the afore mentioned radio.
