Hard to deny, since the network obviously logs the cell number that's calling 
and triggering mutiple cells!
However, in an emergency I would go for it.

weather situation and you have  this capability USE IT. then if some one 
questions you about it (if they do)  deny deny deny ! using it could save your

          Just bought an Iphone and tried out several web sites to access 
weather

          At the top of the web page you can select radar or satellite 
depictions 
          or winds aloft plus several other data sets. The radar page allows 
you 
          to select a specific weather radar to give coverage anywhere in the 
          country. The satellite feature gives a great regional overview for 
          flight planning. Question is, how legal is it to access the internet 
          on a wireless phone while airborne? I know we discussed using the 
          phone feature is not legal, but how about the internet feature?
