Jack, that sounds like a great engine, you'll be amazed at the new performance.
I don't have a copy of the POH but climb RPM should be listed. Remember with the smaller prop you'll get some higher rpm. You may even want to try the cruise prop now that you have all the ponies pulling! Keep us all in the loop. I recently bought a Millennium rebuild for my C85 Continental engine. Everything firewall forward is new except for the reman crankcase. It has a McCauley 1A90-CF Prop - 7148 (climb pitch). Full throttle static RPM is 2150, it climbs out at 2250. Airport buddies say it should climb out at redline, 2575 rpm's. Straight and level it redlines with no problems.
