Best to check the type certificate. It's often more correct than un-named "airport buddies". If my memory is correct the static rpm limits for the prop and engine specified is not over 2225 and not under 2025. The RPM on climb out will probably depend on your climb angle. If you want to climb out at 2575 rpm just make your climb very flat and you should get there:-)
