Continental = #1 cyl is on the back
Lyco = #1 is on the front
Both have #1 on the right...

Continental = Cylinder offset, left is ahead.
Lyco = Cylinder offset - Right is ahead

Continental = cam is on top
Lyco = cam in on the bottom
