I don't understand how it is easy to time an engine on the exhaust stroke.  If 
the spark plug for nr one is removed, the engine is rotated till compression is 
felt and the engine is rotated till TDC, how can it be timed on the exhaust 
stroke.  It would seem that a step is being missed.
