I am sure this was probably discussed before in this group but do many of you wire your mixture full rich?
A couple of days ago I departed a 2000' airfield in triple digit temps and had to lean for full power. I can't for the life of me understand why so many mechs take it on their own to make what amounts to an illegal modification. Cheers: Paul N1431A KPLU
