"A little known fact solar radiation is stronger in the winter the earth is closer to the sun" I don't know. Here in Germany it feels like the sun disappeared to a world far far away. For the solar panel to work, one needs sunlight to start with, right? Do you use some sort of regulator to avoid overcharging? Or is a regular panel just so weak that overcharging is just not possible? Hartmut

Just connect it to the battry duct tape the solar panel to the hanger door(or roof) keeps battery fully charged all winter at no expense and can't overcharge the battery. A little known fact solar radiation is stronger in the winter the earth is closer to the sun its the angle of the rays that make for warm weather. _________________________________________________________________ Color coding for safety: Windows Live Hotmail alerts you to suspicious email. http://windowslive.com/Explore/Hotmail?ocid=TXT_TAGLM_WL_hotmail_acq_safety_112008
