You can convert the glass fibre seats to sliding rails.  Univair sell a kit.
I had to replace one of my Alon seat rails earlier this year.  The rails
consist of a rectangular frame which pivots on mountings fixed to the front
spar, and the back of the frame rests on the floor.  The rails have a series
of holes that take the rods you fix to the bottom of the seats, and you
adjust them by a lever under the centre of the seat, Cessna style.  These
mountings are really useful if more than one person sits uses the left hand
seat.
