You can convert the glass fibre seats to sliding rails. Univair sell a kit. I had to replace one of my Alon seat rails earlier this year. The rails consist of a rectangular frame which pivots on mountings fixed to the front spar, and the back of the frame rests on the floor. The rails have a series of holes that take the rods you fix to the bottom of the seats, and you adjust them by a lever under the centre of the seat, Cessna style. These mountings are really useful if more than one person sits uses the left hand seat.
