If Kevin is right about what you want to replace, I'd yield completely.

I'd interpreted your description of the tubing as being the double curved
tube from the back of the pitot/static cylinder and curving up into the
fitting in the wing.  For that, I'd stay with the original.

>From the fitting in the wing, through the wing to the connector at the wing
root, I'd bet there are standard materials used in standard practice known
to A&P mechanics.
