Bob I'm in on that idea -- show up airport say 9:00am decide what do for day count autos and participants exchange cell phone numbers so no one left behind and go for it, maintenance meeting ,Museum, other sites in area. meet again next mourning repeat same process. a 'Convention' form of pot luck. now that's if Larry Snyder brings his banjo for evening barbecue.

Someone nearby can warn the FBO about it. We can make our own reservations at the Super 8 and set up a "banquet" when we get there, wherever a close by restaurant can accommodate how many we are. Plus we can troop over to the fellow (again I forget) who offered his nearby hangar for a cookout. I'll bet there will be adequate ground transportation for any tours we take - I'll probably rent a car (maybe even a van) and I imagine at least one other "Couper" will too. All we need is an e-mail address to sign up. If no one else closer can coordinate the list of attendees I'd be glad to do it. No one has to guarantee anything and we'll p[probably have a grand time.
