Why don't we just show up at Moraine on what, June umpteenth (I forget
the exact day). Someone nearby can warn the FBO about it. We can make
our own reservations at the Super 8 and set up a "banquet" when we get
there, wherever a close by restaurant can accommodate how many we are.
Plus we can troop over to the fellow (again I forget) who offered his
nearby hangar for a cookout. I'll bet there will be adequate ground
transportation for any tours we take - I'll probably rent a car (maybe
even a van) and I imagine at least one other "Couper" will too.
All we need is an e-mail address to sign up. If no one else closer
can coordinate the list of attendees I'd be glad to do it. No one has
to guarantee anything and we'll p[probably have a grand time.

What an outstanding idea!! Just 'cause EOC can't "get 'er done"
doesn't mean that we shouldn't do it. June... in the best part of the
year (EAA prefers it hotter, so they wait), in one of aviation's
heartlands - lodging apparently not a problem after all. If things
work out for me, I look forward to seeing y'all.
